Vacancy available: FLT driver (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a FLT driver in City of Salem, Virginia. The job is on a factory shop floor. What we are looking for: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas On the job you will handle: • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
