Gas meter installer — Phillips County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Phillips County, Colorado. You will be based in a gas distribution network. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On a typical shift you will thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
