Cake decorator — Torfaen County Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
