Powder spray gun operator — Harrison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Harrison County, Indiana. You will work at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
