You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection On a typical shift you will run first-off inspection and sign off the part; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
