Single needle operator — Elkhart County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Elkhart County, Indiana. The role involves clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
