Backhoe operator — Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Union County, Indiana. The role involves load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
