TIG welder — Emanuel County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a TIG welder in Emanuel County, Georgia. The role involves back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
