Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness You will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
