Overlocker operator • Damban, Bauchi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Damban, Bauchi State. Day to day you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Full-time, day shift.
