Die-casting operator wanted in Jasper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Jasper County, Mississippi. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Basic grinding and fettling skills On a typical shift you will fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
