Prep cook — Morgan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Morgan County, Tennessee. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
