Head butcher wanted in Coosa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Coosa County, Alabama. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
