Vertical milling machine operator — Catahoula Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
