Production assembler — Marshall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production assembler in Marshall County, Minnesota. You will wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts. Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S 6+ years on the tools preferred. $6,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
