CNC milling operator — Chisago County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Chisago County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces The role involves: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe 5+ years on the tools preferred.
