Cook — Bradford

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Bradford, England. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate.
