Dough maker — Warren County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Warren County, Kentucky. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off.
