Moulder — Binji

Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Binji, Sokoto State. Day to day you will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding We offer ₦60,000 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
