We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel beater in Blaine County, Nebraska. The job is in a smash repair workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
