Vacancy available: HSE officer (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE officer in Rockwall County, Texas. Day to day you will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
