Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Boone County, Missouri. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
