Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
