Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Hardin County, Texas. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. On the job you will handle: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus 1+ years on the tools preferred.
