Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Valley County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold Day-to-day duties: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter 6+ years on the tools preferred.
