You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Physically fit and comfortable working at height The role involves: • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
