Heavy equipment operator — Pawnee County

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Pawnee County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Full-time with occasional weekends.
