Short order cook — Liberty County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Liberty County, Texas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch 1+ years on the tools preferred.
