Banksman — Daviess County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banksman in Daviess County, Kentucky. The job is on a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
