Tailor machinist • Remo North, Ogun State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Remo North, Ogun State. Your main tasks: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
