Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Day to day you will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox.
