Meat trimmer — Hanover County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Hanover County, Virginia. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
