Pastry baker — Leake County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Leake County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
