Sewing machine operator — Carroll County

Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Carroll County, Maryland. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Day-to-day duties: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Full-time with occasional weekends.
