CNC programmer-operator — Ashley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Ashley County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls On a typical shift you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
