Immediate opening: insulation worker (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation worker in Plumas County, California. On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. Ideal candidate: • Willing to travel between sites • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
