Great opportunity: kitchen steward (Oklahoma)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Latimer County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
