Structural MIG welder — Maradun

Vacancy available: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Maradun, Zamfara State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦175,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
