Building site helper • Antelope County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a building site helper in Antelope County, Nebraska. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
