We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality checker in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Day to day you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 4+ years on the tools preferred.
