Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
