Powder coating technician — Rockwall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Rockwall County, Texas. The job is at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Full-time with occasional weekends.
