Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Richland County, Illinois. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
