Surface coating operator — Imperial County

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Imperial County, California. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
