Powder coating line operator — Bacon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Bacon County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours.
