Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Gila County, Arizona. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
