Rigger — Cabell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Cabell County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals On the job you will handle: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
