You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes You will apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
