Crane operator — Oyi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Oyi, Anambra State. You will work at a precast concrete yard. The role involves follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging Rotating shifts.
