You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
